In this workshop we will practice painting from one model for four days. We will begin with capturing a realistic drawing and progress toward a finished and realistic oil painting. We will continue through the early stages of blocking-in and then refine our painting to create a finished classical oil portrait.
David will spend time with each student individually after thoroughly demonstrating his technique with a living model. These workshops are ideal for observing work while close up to the artist. Questions and conversation are welcome and encouraged.

Tuition is due in full two weeks prior to the workshop date. Workshops are non-refundable but transferable toward any future workshop.
